The best way for you to figure out if we are in-network with your specific plan is to call your health insurance and ask “What are my mental health benefits?” and “Is Live Well Counseling or Jeffrey Sustarsic (practice owner) in-network?”

Other Options

Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA) can be used toward mental health coverage. Co-pays can be paid via HSA, among other methods.

Self-pay is for clients who do not have health insurance coverage, or who have high insurance deductibles. Discuss a fixed-rate with your counselor.
