Molly McGann LISW-S, LICDC

My approach to therapy revolves around you as a person and I meet you where you are at in your journey. Reaching out is the first step to change and recovery. I offer teletherapy and I am here to guide you in whatever way is most beneficial to you as an individual. Each person and experience is unique and I am a firm believer that therapy should fit your goals. As a therapist, I want to empower you to have the skills necessary to advocate for your needs and express your feelings effectively. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are experiencing severe mental health and substance use/addiction.

I work with clients who have depressive disorders, substance use/addiction disorders or issues, anxiety disorders, PTSD, Bipolar I&II, and other trauma related symptoms and disorders. Together, we will work to get to the root of any issue, by talking through your life experiences, and focus on managing it in whichever way you see fit.

Change and recovery is difficult, and my hope is to ease those burdens as best I can with my therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT. I appreciate you taking the first step in exploring the ways therapy could be beneficial and I applaud your ability to reach out in a time of need.
