We all at times experience difficult challenges which can cause painful feelings that disrupt our lives. During this time we could all use a little help, someone who is outside ourselves that sees things differently and can help identify what is causing us to feel distressed. I am dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment where you can feel seen, heard, and understood without judgment. I focus on using a humanistic approach and combining that with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tools. That means together we focus on your strengths to explore emotions and challenge unhelpful thought patterns to change the way you view events.

I am passionate about working with women: specifically those that are struggling with perinatal, pregnancy or postpartum related issues, relationship transitions or identity struggles. I have specialized training in women's issues and relational work. I also specialize in  treating co-occurring issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress related responses.
