(They/ Them)

Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you are struggling in a society that places so much value on independence. I’m proud of you for taking these first steps toward asking for help and sharing your story - it is brave of you to be here.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Cleveland State University. For the last ten years I have worked with diverse adult populations in both outpatient clinical and community based settings. I am a trauma-informed therapist with experience working with folks managing chronic illness, anxiety, depression, self-injury, spiritual abuse, sexual identity, and gender identity. I approach therapy from a compassionate, person-centered perspective, and draw from an eclectic range of therapeutic interventions to help you meet your goals. As a queer therapist, I have a special interest in providing a safe, affirming space for those in the LGBTQ+ community, and I am open to adults seeking letters for gender affirming surgeries. I have extensive training in human sexuality, and in anti-oppressive social work practice, and I am affirming to those in the fat, kinky, poly, and consensual non-monogamy communities.

I appreciate the vulnerability it takes to tell your story. I look forward to working with you to help you recognize your individual strengths. I’m committed to offering a safe environment for you to grow and heal. I can’t wait to get to know you.
