In addition to Telehealth, I offer walk & talk therapy, where we talk on the phone while we both walk outside! We will integrate the action of forward movement, breathing new air, and grounding ourselves in the present moment as we unpack your world. For a moment, I’d like you to think about how you were raised, things you've been through, and your current and past relationships. All of this impacts who you are. I'm here to help you recognize that you absolutely have the power to change the things you don't love about your life. You will learn how to best serve you, and unlearn things that no longer serve you.
I deeply enjoy working with anyone in the LGBTQ+ community and am passionate about advocating for you and being your ally. I also have a special interest in maternal mental health, and helping women reduce stress during pregnancy and postpartum.
I, too, am human, and I, too, am messy. We are all just doing our best every single day. If you feel lost, I can help you figure it out. To reduce stress in my own life, I enjoy hiking and being in nature, and spending time with my spouse and my son.
