Kaouther Aliche, M.Ed., LPC

“I will not rescue you, for you are not powerless. I will not fix you, for you are not broken. I will not heal you, for I see you in your wholeness. I will walk with you through the darkness as you remember your light”- A Medicine’ s women’s Prayer. Sheree Tilsley.

Welcome, my name is Kaouther! I am a compassionate, culturally sensitive therapist who is passionate about working with women; particularly mothers, women of color, and immigrants. As a woman, you navigate the challenges of cultural and social identities, generational dynamics, and personal aspirations. As an immigrant mom, I understand the significance of these factors, and their impact on your mental well being.

I’m a Brainspotting clinician. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and holistic, emphasizing the mind body connection. I respect and honor diverse belief systems, incorporating them into our therapeutic work if it’s desired to support your growth on all levels. In our sessions you can expect a laid back, non judgemental collaborative approach, where we deal with the root cause of distress. I use a multicultural, person-centered, decolonized, trauma-informed lens, and integrate mindfulness, somatics & sometimes even humor.

Whether you’re seeking support in navigating your cultural identity, past trauma, or going through a rough patch, I’m here to support and empower you. You are not broken, defective or unhealed. Your experiences and cultural context matter and I’m here to make sure you feel seen, heard, and genuinely understood. It’s time to reclaim your story, and live joyfully, ready to dive in?
