I believe in a holistic view of health, one that begins with our minds. I will help you learn and understand negative thought processes and how they are impacting you. Chances are, you haven’t been the kindest to yourself lately, or maybe you’re in a difficult season right now. Whatever it may be, I’m proud of you for taking the first step and seeking support in the area you are facing difficulty.

I have a strong passion in working with children in late childhood and early teens who don't yet have the tools to navigate through life's struggles without a little extra help. My experience includes community mental health, hospital, long-term care, and most recently, school-based work with children and adolescents.

My speciality interests include anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, and life transitions. I'm here to provide a warm and welcoming environment where we can work together exploring your needs and strengths in order to achieve healing.
